I focus my practice on banking and finance, creditor’s rights, loan workouts, forbearance and foreclosure, real estate development, real and personal property tax appeals, and commercial leasing.I have experience representing lenders and borrowers in commercial loan transactions and handle the drafting, negotiation and closing of real estate and asset secured loans, construction loans, and loan modifications and also represents creditors in commercial loan restructuring, workout, foreclosure and collection matters. I assist property owners in various phases of property ownership including acquisition, development, leasing, and disposition, and regularly represent manufacturers and hotel, shopping center and office building owners in real and personal property tax appeals throughout South Carolina.
