-Oversee and manage all aspects of the Barnes & Noble Review (barnesandnoble.com/review) and the editorial programming of the Barnes & Noble Podcast (from the launch of the podcast in May 2017). -Program, schedule, assign and edit book reviews, literary/critical essays, author profiles and other features. Coordinate and manage daily production of the Review.-Produce & regularly host a twice-weekly literary podcast centered on longform author interviews. Create calendar, book guests, conduct & record interviews and/or arrange other interviewers. -With editor/engineer, create edited version of audio & write all incidental editorial for the podcast. -Simultaneously contribute editorial guidance to BN.com's discovery team, oversaw the creation & ongoing production of B&N Readouts (editorially selected book excerpt experience for mobile devices) and Serial Reads (monthly free book, released in installments).

Played an integral role in launching Barnes & Noble's first fully fledged book review publication, and through its first five years ran day-to-day operations in the role of Managing Editor under its founding Editor in Chief. Assigned, scheduled, edited reviews, profiles, interviews and short features. Contributed regular capsule reviews and book features. Managed a roster of over one hundred regular contributors, supervising administrative staff for invoicing, managing of review copies. Developed and produced a weekly newsletter that reached 750,000-1,000,000 recipients.Managing editor of an online review published through Barnes & Noble.com, offering reviews of new fiction and nonfiction, reconsiderations of classics, and features on notable new music and DVDs.

Developed an array of bestseller lists and features for Barnes & Noble.com, including a weekly column of analysis and commentary. Responded to book media requests about book trends and performance of individual authors, titles, and subjects. Took a key role in the launch of a program of online discussion-board-based book clubs for B&N customers, including contemporary titles, classics, and genre-based discussions. Managed multiple book forums, developing questions and other editorial features for readers, soliciting authors to participate, and managing a team of freelance moderators across the discussion forums.

Developed editorial and content strategy for clients of a national internet consulting firm, including both startups and established brick-and-mortar companies developing first web presence.

Developed, planned and taught a wide variety of courses in writing and English literature at a major New York City university.
