Under Todd’s leadership, BMG has made numerous groundbreaking initiatives, including creating the first private cloud broadcast facility in 2021. This state-of-the-art facility utilizes proprietary processes for decentralized production teams leveraging centralized technology. Additionally, Todd led the rollout of a fleet of REMI mobile units, which have expanded BMG’s production capabilities and flexibility. During eight years with the company accomplishments include: growing revenue by 400% while enhancing staff, technology and the company's reputation, engineering a complete overhaul of the company and its subsidiary at the Manhattan Center in New York. Under Todd’s leadership, the company grew from a single location production facility to a national business with locations in New York, Los Angeles and Washington, DC. He led the design and build of three broadcast facilities that capitalized on the very latest of technology. Todd brought new major network relationships to the company, including contracts with ESPN, Discovery, PBS, Comedy Central, MTV, and Showtime. Todd was co-creator and Executive Producer of the hit series “The Pet Physic” for Animal Planet. He was on the launch team and provided on-going production management, staffing and facilities for several ESPN series including “Pardon the Interruption”, “Around the Horn” and “Cold Pizza” and provided production management for a historic 26-hour live global millennium broadcast on PBS.

After it had been just acquired by Speer Communications, hired to turn the company around and increase profitability, revenue and reputation and create the strategic vision for the company for long-term growth. Additionally, charged with overseeing technical facilities in Washington, DC, Nashville, TN and Atlanta, GA along with the mobile production truck division and to leverage PVS*SPEER’s international news client base to use Speer’s digital content and distribution center in Nashville.
