Developed the program implementation Willdan Industrial Energy Efficiency Incentive Program (2021-2025), a $155M partnership with Southern California Edison (SCE) to drive energy efficiency in Commercial and Industrial segments to achieve 557,707, 666 kWh savings. Overseeing multiple responsibilities including business developer and project manager; leading multi-discipline teams of engineers, operations, contract managers, subcontractors and supply chain partners. Responsible to foster and maintain strategic key relationships in order to grow and maintain program project pipeline, especially with large, complex, high- impact and high-visibility projects. Managing all phases of projects from conception to completion, which includes performing energy site audits, project identification, data collection, measurement & verification, energy and engineering evaluation, quality control, and administrative functions. Also involved with project development and management for projects with renewables (solar, energy storage, and electrification/EV).

Oversaw multiple task orders contracts for the 3rd Party Implemented Industrial Energy Efficiency Program for the Southern California Edison. Responsible for program delivery goals and managed all phases of projects from customer interfacing, project identification, energy evaluation, and all administrative functions. Managed trade allies and subcontractors on all deliverable tasks and schedules that include energy analysis, measurement and verification, facilitate equipment bidding process, and project economics calculations. Interfaced directly with the utility program stakeholders on program policies and project technical discussions. - Responsible for one of the largest energy savings projects (~20,000,000 kWh and 1.2GWH) in the Industrial Energy Efficiency program. - Successfully delivered over 60,000,000 kWh in energy savings and paid out over $15M in program incentive to customers.- Successfully launched and implemented the Local Capacity Requirements (LCR) Energy Efficiency and Energy Battery storage contracts with SCE. Responsible from customer recruitment to identify qualified trade allies and subcontractors. Delivered 25 MW of Lockheed Martin Energy's GridStar Flow battery systems at industrial facilities.

Served as an energy engineer for the Industrial Energy Efficiency program in Southern California utility.Conducted energy audits, site investigations, identified EEMs, analyzed baseline data, quantified theenergy savings, performed economic analysis to determine the return on investment (ROI) and generateda comprehensive investment grade report. Served as the primary contact and liaison between the SCEAccount Executives and their customers. Performed DR audits at commercial, military, and educationalfacilities. Successfully completed over 100+ industrial energy audits and report analyses for variousenergy usage systems among different industries in the Southern California Edison territory.

Served as a lead technical representative for the In-Flight Entertainment System. Managed the technicalsupport for the post-installation and in-service to customers on a range of broad-based problems.Developed and generated functional test procedures and work orders for technician to troubleshoot andperformed root cause analysis and system diagnosis.

Served as a technical support to Program Manager and Lead Systems Engineer for development of program technical requirements for several programs for the T-50 training aircraft. Tasked to identify technical actions required for successful completion of technical and procurement milestones for T-50. Managed entire system integration from conceptual design to final product delivery to customers. Conducted both remote and onsite management of third-party support for product evaluation and electromechanical qualifications, and designed and implemented electrical and mechanical test fixtures, EMI wiring harnesses, and data acquisition for product evaluation and qualification.
