I really enjoying digging into process/business issues and love getting under the bonnet of a business to see the full inner workings. Have been doing so for over 10 years, primarily in the Real Estate industry but varied within such as B2B through to ERP Finance Systems, IT, B2C, HR, Back Office and many more.Carrying out extensive BA exercises, looking at current processes, applying analytical thought and improving upon, I use my experience and skills to get key results for Stakeholders but also considering that in Real Estate, like many industries, times are changing, I can quickly adapt to new insights and initiatives any business may partake in.I achieve this by understanding that “there is always room for improvement” but more importantly, leaning on the experience of past projects, creating crucial relationships and most of all, understanding (and sometimes guiding) what the business wants to really achieve, setting targets and ROI drivers.Having progressed significantly throughout my career over three countries (Bilingual English/Spanish and learning Portuguese) in Real Estate Management, Project Management, Programme Management, Business Analyst/Business Relationship Management and Consultancy, what I have learnt about myself is:I can replace, scale, and optimise critical software products and processes internationally-
