As the Business Development Account Manager responsible for developing and managing client relationships, delivering high-end IT and business consultants, and programming including PeopleSoft Enterprise resource planning (ERP), Enterprise Application Integration (EAI), Supply chain management (SCM), Customer relationship management (CRM), Business intelligence (BI), database design & development, business process management consultants, Technical Lead and project managers. Use a consultative approach, over the phone and in person to evaluate technical needs and provide consulting solutions. Responsibilities also include, but are not limited to, contacting supervisors to determine a candidate's viability to support and resolve specific client needs; provide customer service as needed to ensure existing clients expectations are being met; and strategizing with teammates to accomplish business growth and goals. Manage client relationships, Cold-call , Set client appointments, Network, Find jobs for the best available IT talent. Utilize most progressive tools and technology to assist in developing business.
