Organize resources as Facilitators that understand their role for the effective learning of the participants in the workshops. Supervise suppliers and Calibration Technicians schedule and performance of all the calibration activities related.Inspection and measuring equipments to ensure that all gages are in compliance with the established requirements and document calibration result using the proper control forms.Review procedures and instruction for consistency to actual requirements and practices; issue a revision when it is necessary. Development of procedure for new equipment if it necessary. Guide manufacturing areas when an instruments need to be purchase from the approval supplier list and prepare a monthly report on time calibration. Assign Calibration ID No. for new entry instruments.Request quotation for calibration services or to purchase a gage to an approval supplier.Use Corporate Traveling System to arrange travel outside of PR as required.Review calibration data from suppliers and calibration certificates to be in compliance. Generate a Discrepant Report when an instrument during calibration process is out of specifications and supervise for completeness.Advice Quality department when is necessary to generate a CAPA. Coordinate Calibration Supplier Audits; such as pre-audit, audit and report results.Supervise and train Calibration Technician Students when is require in time card work , work schedule, calibration documentation, job performance, job evaluation, Ethic, Sex Harassment, Safety policies and procedures.Submit Supplier Questionnaire for new supplier evaluation and for follow up existing calibration suppliers in Puerto Rico and Oversea.Establish Company Internal Audit for improvements. Support activities of Benchmarking to standardize procedures and calibration systems when it is require.

Perform Incoming process, verify documentation, reconciliation, inspection of Blisters and Pouch, make Leak Test, make batch documentation, etc. Verify of Major or Minor cleaning.Verify manufacturing process performed against the procedure such as SOP, QOP, QSP, etc. Review procedures and forms to incorporate improvements and perform a deviation process when there is a non-compliance product. Verify and supervise personnel to follow the gowning procedures requirements. Inspect using Blueprint reading and statistical principles. Manage of sampling plans using AQLs. Verify compliance with ISO 9001 Clauses, OSHA regulations, FIFO, cGMP's, Labeling, Retention samples; Destroy of Materials, Relative Humidity, Quality Procedures and Temperature to be prefaces by all employees.

Inspect production material from the beginning until final packaging using the SOP, QOP, SOP, QSP, QSR, TQM, etc. Lead Review; supporting validation process (inspection samples) and production documentation. Verify all personnel preface the safety regulation (OSHA).Certified manufacturing operator by the certification program called Parallels. Perform a monthly Particulate and Bacterial test. Use measuring equipment as Analytical Balance, Scale and Pull Tester. Check Bags seal samples after machine has been repaired. Active participant of Ergonomic Committee.Segregation of non-compliance material to a Control Cage area throughout the CAPA System.
