• Conduct working sessions with line-of-business to review high-level business requirements for all assigned projects. • Analyze existing business processes and utilize modeling techniques to document future processes• Elicit detailed business requirements from line-of-business and convert them into functional/non-functional requirements• Develop test cases that have complete traceability back to all functional requirements and associated use cases• Collaborate with QA testing analysts to develop and document testing strategies for both systems integration and user acceptance testing.• Perform system integration testing (SIT) and identify and document any defects found in Application Lifestyle Management (ALM) system• Serve as a liaison between PNC and two of our primary vendors, Dealertrack and Route One for verification of data transmissions and validation on their systems. • Active participant in monthly technical business systems analyst forums to further develop requirements gathering and analysis skills. • Participate in job shadowing sessions with operational groups to gain a better understanding of business processes

• Provide end-user support for multiple student information systems and interfaces• Operate in a client-facing setting providing support for over 100 schools• Perform configuration and maintenance of 2 primary student information systems• Work with business users to develop scope and business requirements of all enhancements or requests for change• Provide Tier 3 support on process issues regarding our systems and interfaces• Develop functional requirements documentation for all projects using the SDLC framework• Manage the project life cycle of multiple IT projects through the Planview Enterprise Suite• Perform testing and release support for large scale software upgrade that occurs every 5-6 months• Responsible for heavy documentation of all projects that I manage, to ensure detailed processes are being followed
