    Mandat focalisé sur l'accélération de la croissance externe et la croissance organique de la société qui est passée d’un périmètre de 23 cliniques à mon arrivée (11m€ de CA – 120 personnes) à plus de 160 au moment de mon départ (130m€ de CA – 1000 personnes).En 5 ans, j’ai réalisé l’acquisition et l’intégration de plus de 130 établissements de soins vétérinaires, négocié la mise en place d’une ligne de financement LBO de 17m€ en 2020 puis de 80m€ en 2023, supervisé le processus de recherche d’un nouvel actionnaire qui a abouti, en juillet 2022, à l’entrée d’Infravia Capital Partners en remplacement de Platina Equity Solutions.J’ai démissionné de mon mandat de Directeur Général en février 2024, et je suis désormais en recherche d’un nouveau challenge, mes réalisations : - Recrutement, formation et structuration d’une équipe support composée de 5 personnes à mon arrivée à près de 30 personnes avant l’arrivée d’un niveau supplémentaire de senior management courant 2023- Harmonisation des prix de vente entre les établissements permettant d’améliorer significativement le taux de croissance du chiffre d’affaires de la société ;- Négociation d’accords-cadres sur les achats permettant d’améliorer les remises de fin d’année ;- Restructuration d’une quinzaine de cliniques avec plan de réduction des frais de fonctionnement ;- Secrétariat juridique de la société : opérations de rachat de titres ou de fonds de commerce, organisation des assemblées générales, augmentations de capital- Supervision du processus annuel de préparation et de l’audit des comptes annuels du Groupe- Mise en place de logiciels pour faciliter le franchissement d’effet de seuils pour faciliter la gestion des ressources humaines ou le reporting opérationnel et financier- Mise en place d’un processus d’intégration professionnalisé allant de la recherche et la négociation de cibles, à leur acquisition, puis leur intégration dans le réseau en couvrant tous les aspects opérationnels
