Client Service Partner
Current- Partner with Enterprise and Mid-Market Tax, Accounting, and Legal departments across all major industries to align Bloomberg research and software with critical corporate strategy.- Develop in-depth and customized account plans to effectively maintain ~$5mil in CV across 300+ accounts, while also actively taking a consultative approach with business development to source referrals.- Maintain high level of industry knowledge of legal and tax developments impacting domestic and international businesses.- Work closely with other internal sales & service, marketing, product, and training teams to improve both our products and success strategies.- Selected to participate in Bloomberg's Leadership Development Program in 2022, which aims to further integrate top performers across the business through executive networking, management seminars, etc.- Promoted to Client Service Manager in 2023
