In my current role as Client Manager I advise clients on how to get the most out of their investments in the Microsoft platform. I do this by bringing business and IT together, showing perspective by keeping my clients up-to-date on the developments in the Microsoft software platform and by actually demonstrating the business value of this software together with my colleagues. Linking the investment in the Microsoft software to the business objective by means of a sound business case is very important to me in order to build up a long-term partnership with my clients.

Responsible for partner strategy and relations. Rationalise and manage the partner ecosystem around Randstad HR & Salarisdiensten.

Responsible for creating opportunities (through partnermarketing) in the Information Worker solution space. Managing the Microsoft eco-system on IW-solutions by building partner solutions plans with selected partners.Also responsible for managing the overall relationship between Getronics PinkRoccade and Microsoft in the Netherlands. Building and executing overall partner business plan with Getronics PinkRoccade.

Overall responsible for the relationship between Getronics - PinkRoccade and Microsoft in the Dutch Market. - Building multi-level relationship between Getronics - PinkRoccade and Microsoft; - Creating business planning process;- Supporting sales opportunities; - Helping the knowledge of the Microsoft community within the partner grow.

Responsible for selling solutions/licenses to 4 major local governments. Customers: city of The Hague, Utrecht, Amsterdam. Rotterdam. Total of 40.000 PC.s.

Responsible for solution/licensing selling to local government market.

Responsible for solution/licensing selling to a mix of different enterprises (Boskalis, Ministery of Housing, Nedlloyd, CBS, ..).

Responsible for new product/market combination in the field of messaging & collaboration. Specialism, Microsoft Exchange. Goal was generating leads through (partner)marketing and closing the first deals with the new solutions. These deals were acting as references for this new solutions.

Responsible for selling APAS and Brunet (HR-systems) in small and mid-market. (region: Zeeland & Brabant). Focus on new business. Hit and run, high targets, lots of cold canvassing.
