While serving as a Director and Lean Architect, I led a cultural transformation by implementing Lean and Continuous Improvement in various countries in Latin America and Europe. This was a very rewarding role, where I had a chance to support the development of several teams.One of the significant accomplishments was adapting the LMS (Liberty Management System) methodology to each country and organization culture. Additionally, I provided coaching to leaders and lean practitioners during the transformation process in each country. Furthermore, I introduced various tools to support the transformation, including problem-solving, VSM (Value Stream Mapping), huddle boards and meetings, standard work, process walks, leader standard work, and continuous improvement. I also tackled complex and strategic problems in Operations, Technology, Claims, U/W (Underwriting), Talent, and Finance while implementing Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
