Edison Business Lounge & Vintage Café:Conceived this proposed 20,000 sq ft coworking community space in Carmel, Indiana’s Midtown, in collaboration with Old Town Design Group.

Managed key Major Master Plan projects throughout the Newfields campus and Historic renovation as part of a $27M endowment. I created HUDSON Business Lounge as an 11,000 sqft. prototype for a new generation of Remote work/flex concepts. Project managed all trades involved in the build-out, including architects, contractors, IT teams, food and beverage vendors, and interior designers. I created not just a Start-up incubator/space for a city but also the small business, entrepreneurial, VC, professional networking, and business education HUB of downtown Milwaukee.

SKY60: Designer-Project Manager for contemporary, Miami-inspired, outdoor rooftop garden lounge in Orlando’s Entertainment District.EyeSPY:Designer / Project Manager from conceptualization and interior design for this unique, espionage-themed, interactive nightspot in Orlando’s Entertainment District. Orlando Weekly: I provided complete interior design services and project management for the city’s premier alternative newspaper’s new warehouse loft-style workspace.Haxan Films: Designed and project managed complete office interior for this production company’s headquarters (the makers of The Blair Witch Project.)

Created a hospitality development, operations, and marketing management firm. Conceptualized, financed, and oversaw Build-out as well as managed half a dozen entertainment and food concepts. Coordinated use of surrounding sites for special events. Hired and managed over 250 employees and purveyors. Developed all budget, marketing, and accounting systems.
