• Originated and brokered first-of-its-kind deal in Manhattan for a commercial fitness partnership with Lifetime Athletic, expected to improve leasing efforts and positively impact tenant retention.
• Monitored agreements with institutional lenders including banks and the Housing Finance Agency (HFA) and ensured all documentation was completed.
• Simultaneously manage 2-3 multimillion-dollar project budgets and deliver construction projects on-time and on budget through ongoing value engineering, vendor negotiations, resource allocation, and workflow management.
• Co-managed design coordination/pre-development activities for residential projects in Brooklyn and Manhattan.

• Founded solar energy system design and installation company with commercial and residential customers in Westchester, Rockland, and Connecticut.
• All projects were installed and commissioned on time and without added costs.
• Ran all day-to-day operations, and achieved year-over-year profitability.
• Hired and managed sales and installation staff. Interfaced with state agencies for funding grants and local building officials for necessary approvals.

• Selected all consultants and oversaw a complex 4-block rezoning initiative to transition a 3-block area zoned for manufacturing to one for residential and commercial use for this family-owned builder of hotels, luxury.
• Worked with city agencies, elected officials, community members, and other stakeholders to achieve a financially profitable development site.
• Led pre-development to construction of a 291-unit market rate rental building in Tribeca North.
• Negotiated terms with Manhattan Theater Club to restore historic Biltmore Theater in conjunction with a residential construction project.
• Secured tax credits; coordinated with city planning/historic landmark agencies.
• Project managed construction of The Biltmore, a 464 unit high-rise luxury 80/20 rental with ground floor retail, 30,000 square ft. of commercial space, and below grade parking.Accomplishments included:The Biltmore.

Accomplishments included:Supervised construction of phase 1 residential buildings at Newport, Jersey City, NY. George Washington and John Adams were both 21-story rental buildings and the James Monroe was a 432-unit condominium.
