For more than a decade, I've led the international nonprofit organization TechnoServe, which has pioneered business solutions to poverty for almost 60 years. Our incredible staff–90% of whom are from the country where they work–help people gain the skills, connections, and confidence to take advantage of self-sustaining market opportunities.
