Internship at First Pointe Management Group/ The Ezralow CompanyEssential Functions: - Assist and coordinate bid proposals, service contracts, and approved invoices. Assist in the bidding process and assist the Regional Manager in their efforts to ensure compliance with policies and procedures- Assist and maintain the property maintenance work order system and prepare monthly reports for the Regional Manger on status of tenant work orders- Assist lease and contract files, as well as other files located within the property management office- Assist prospects-log prospects, follow up via telephone or email- Shop neighboring buildings, and call coemption for pricing and availability. Create marketing (flyers) as requested- Assist in lease administrative activities, including tenant contacts and insurance information, generate reports- Be familiar with property pricing - Provide full administrative support, including phone support, typing reports, filing and distribution of correspondence- Schedule and coordinate meetings/ special events, as requested

San Fernando Valley

Founder of Lovely Green Lawns. During the drought in California, LGL painted lawns green and expanded across the San Fernando Valley leaving customers with green lawns and big smiles. We worked with a few real estate agents in the Calabasas area, adding value to homes on the market.
