• Develop and continuously improve on new and existing operational workflows, focusing on effectiveness, traceability, and reducing redundancies. Ensure adherence to existing workflow, maintaining standards of execution.• Lead team to ensure inbound goods are accurately received, sorted, allocated and documented properly into respective racks and warehouse management system. Resolves discrepancies with suppliers, category managers or purchase department promptly.• Extracted and analysed data from backend systems, providing the management team with daily updates on sales revenue performance and weekly, monthly reports on inventory movements, refunds, and damage costs. Used data insights to propose and implement strategies for mitigating losses and process improvements.• Proactively maintained the Warehouse Management System, ensuring daily outbound deductions were up to date.• Oversee inventory control by managing monthly and yearly stock take exercises, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies; swiftly resolve any discrepancies in daily and weekly stock counts.• Closely monitored and ensured that all processes were executed in accordance with SOPs, while tracking and monitor team's performance in areas such as inbound logistics and inventory management.
