William helped Skymizer in developing new strategies from technology packaging, product packaging & design and to go-to-market strategy. Champion in AI-first and Software-Defined as Foxconn's corporate strategy. Spearheaded Foxconn's new transformation in technologies focusing on EV, Robotics and Digital Health. Helped launched MIH consortium and the Open EV Platform, the architect of EVKit, the industry first Open EV SDK for Software Defined Vehicles (SDV) in the AI era. Led the launch of the MIH Open EV Platform on October 16th 2020, and increased Foxconn's market value by over 700 billion TWD in the next six months after the launch.
