Initially my responsibility was to achieve fixed sale targets where I was recognised as a top salesman. Following my performance, I was promoted to store manager, which meant more responsibility for store personnel, sales coaching, and structural aspects for the store like product placements.During my time at Designtorget, I worked in a group that together made sure to meet our customers' needs and ensured that they felt noticed and satisfied. The job also helped me gain experience in leadership and to maintain good relationships with both people inside and outside the organization.
