Will Fagan is a highly-experienced attorney with substantial legal experience in both large law firm and in-house practices. His specialties include mergers and acquisitions (in both the privately-held company and highly-regulated entity spaces, with buy-side and sell-side experience), and commercial contracting with a focus in the risk and insurance fields. Will is a pragmatic, high-energy team-player with a demonstrated ability to produce results in fast-paced, intellectually intense, and client-facing environments.As member of the Corporate Group at Baker Donelson, Will focuses his practice counseling clients on mergers, acquisitions, and traditional and non-traditional financing/complex lending transactions, as well as serving in the role of de facto in-house counsel for business owners. He is a member in good standing of both the State Bar of Georgia and The Florida Bar.Outside of the practice of law, Will is heavily involved with his family and community. He serves as an Elder at First Presbyterian Church of Atlanta, where he also works with the Epiphany project, a social entrepreneurship initiative created to promote individual economic empowerment in disadvantaged areas. Will lives with his wife, attorney Jessica Fagan, and their two daughters on the Westside of Atlanta.
