Worked with a complex SAAS application written in C#/SQL/Angular for church management for catholic churches. Did extensive work with ASP.NET core, mediatr, SQL Server, AWS lambda and some work with Angular on the front end. Also obtained my scrum master certification during this time and helped lead a team.

Designed a multi-tenant (including tenants within tenants) system for a Saas offering. This required significant SQL and ASP.NET core WebApi work.

Worked on numerous parts of the Uluro system, mostly on the Campaign Manager product. Also built a sizable chunk of the Mandrill integration. In addition to development, I also wrote specifications for several new portions of the system, including construction of APIs using Identity Server. In addition, I'm currently in the process of reworking our SDLC here and getting some project management experience under my belt, along with a significant amount of application architecture design.

I ran my own software development company specializing in building web applications for small businesses, mostly on a contract basis. This gave me a good idea of not only what kinds of problems real businesses have, but also what kinds of decisions software companies face on a daily basis at a managerial level.

Refactored a lot of code in preparation to move to the Azure platform. Developed a dashboard editor, using Typescript, WebAPI, Entity Framework, and AngularJS for administrative use within eDoc's software platform. Also developed a point tracking system for gamification of the system in order to drive increased user engagement.

Developed a product that is not yet released and is aimed at assisting farmers with crop yield, budgeting, and other financial forecasting needs. I will update this with specifics once the product is launched. It is pretty darned awesome though.Also worked on an integration project integrating multiple systems into a factory floor for a smokeless tobacco manufacturing concern. My work was entirely in SQL and required long hours understanding a complex manufacturing process (along with all the quality assurance and security concerns that come with that).

Patched bugs and implemented numerous small feature requests in a half-dozen different internal and customer-facing websites while the rest of the team worked on integration, then joined the integration team for a few months. The environment had a broad range of technlogies, everything from Visual Studio 2003 to Visual Studio 2010, with a fairly large focus on SQL Server.

Maintained very complex front-end javascript code with substantial amounts of jquery on the company's Skwids.com and SWAdvantage.com websites. This also included some work on ASP.NET MVC 3, but I mostly worked in the parts of the application that were from the views forward.

Maintained and extended a complex system for managing teacher evaluations for the state of Ohio. This included a lot of work with ASP.NET MVC, KnockoutJS, Entity Framework, and some work with SignalR (mostly debugging). There was also a decent-sized amount of SQL scripting required.

Implemented and maintained large swaths of a content management system for news stations. The system provides RSS feeds and controls various aspects of content curation and management for the client news stations. Content is ingested into the system through a variety of mechanisms, including email, direct site upload, upload through third party apps, and import from Facebook/Youtube/TwitPic.  Content also leaves the system through a number of different integration points. This is where I got my first exposure to running applications in the cloud, using NHibernate in a production environment, using Memcache, using RabbitMQ, and using the document database RavenDB. It was also my first hard exposure to message queuing, CQRS, and really solid web practices.I have also done a few stints of contract work with them.

Helped develop a battery health tracking system using ASP.NET and Ironspeed designer. This position involved a considerable amount of SQL Server work as well.

Assisted with the architecture and implementation of PEAR, a management system for food services, which tracked and managed inventory and expenses. An extensive amount of data was pulled from Peoplesoft for this project.Assisted with extension and maintenance of various applications managing marketing, occupancy and financial data using SQL Server with a Peoplesoft back end.
