After investing in Peregrine when it was just two guys & an idea in 2018 (and a couple of more times after that), I joined the company full-time in October 2022. Since then, I've worked closely with Peregrine’s Co-Founders and teammates across the business to do whatever is necessary to help us scale and get this technology in the hands of the institutions & users who can benefit from it as quickly as possible. Today that means leading our Growth (Marketing, Sales, BD), Operations (Finance, Recruiting, People Operations), and Customer Advocacy & Training functions. Led a 15 person team focused on growing the Included Health business through partnerships with brokerage firms, health plans & TPAs. Our team grew annual bookings from the health plan segment significantly while integrating the legacy Grand Rounds & Doctor on Demand businesses. Our middle market growth efforts through partnerships with a variety of brokers and consultants resulted in doubling the contracted Premium Navigation client base for Included Health in just over a year. In addition to these responsibilities, I also oversaw GTM Operations in an interim capacity for three months, where we focused on integrating the legacy Grand Rounds & Doctor on Demand Salesforce.com instances. Building & maintaining a platform that creates value for three sets of stakeholders: our Portfolio Company Leaders & Employees; Industry Thought Leaders & Advisory Firms (brokers / consultants); and Employer-Sponsored Healthcare Service Providers.The Healthy Benefits Initiative is first & foremost a platform to support our portfolio companies in driving improvement of healthcare results for our portfolio company employees and cost savings for our businesses. Using the insights and relationships gained here, we also support Carlyle's investment process during origination and diligence of opportunities in the employer-sponsored healthcare market (Welldyne, One Medical, The Hilb Group, Sedgwick). Finally, we also support Carlyle's portfolio companies in their business development efforts leveraging our expertise & relationships in the space.In addition to leading the Healthy Benefits Initiative, I also co-lead Carlyle's Global Investment Resources Transaction Support function. The goal of these efforts is to systematically ensure that all Carlyle investment teams and portfolio company management teams globally are able to take advantage of and leverage the resources available to them as a Carlyle portfolio company, including Carlyle's Global Investment Resources expertise in Strategic Human Capital Management, Digital Transformation, Technology, Procurement, Corporate Real Estate and Facilities Operations, Government Affairs, and ESG.

Led Carlyle's operating support of its portfolio companies in the areas of Corporate Real Estate & Facilities Operations and US Health Benefits. Combined direct support of high-value opportunities with building platform capabilities (best practices, diagnostics & analytics, third-party partnerships, preferred advisory partnerships, governance structure) to scale our support of our portfolio companies in these areas efficiently. Efforts saved nearly $200M in annual run rate cost and generated nearly $100M in one-time cash for Carlyle portfolio companies across these two areas of responsibility.
