Mutual fund sales ranked in the top ten for gross flows for both years.SVP-National Sales Manager - Planco Financial Services( 2005-2008) Directed the sales and management of over 250 employees both internally and externally. Primary responsibility was the integration of two separate and distinct sales forces. (leaders and director) Successfully integrated 180 sales territories.• Achieved and maintained a dominant market share in the annuity space. Established dedicated annuity and mutual fund sales teams, resulting in annuity sales growing from 11.7billion in 2005 to 14.5 billion in 2007, and mutual fund sales growing from 5.1 billion to 13.2 billion over the same period. • Hired and developed three senior managers who all were promoted to lead international efforts in the U.K and Japan.
