Lead the design thinking process on the Amazon Flex Debit Card app features and collaborate with the UX Researcher on user interviews and affinity mapping. Ideate, wireframe and prototype design solutions for user testing, and work with product managers, engineers, stakeholders, content strategists and UX Researcher throughout the design thinking process to show progress. Design high-fidelity design solutions and prototypes and present them to the team, and engineer handoff after. Create the design style guide for the Amazon Flex Debit Card app for Android and iOS, and work with engineers to develop pixel-perfect designs and provide any required assets and guidance. Conduct UAT for Android and iOS of builds.

Contribute to UX strategy, user flows, sitemaps and interactive wireframes that balance user goals, product, and business requirements. Manage and moderate testing with consumers and business stakeholders and integrate feedback and meet production deadlines. Work with designers, engineers, and QA to ensure final products meet design specs. Conduct research and analysis of user goals and key features.

Create mockups and prototypes for design solutions to user pain points for the GoGo LO and GoGo Partner mobile apps. Work in an agile environment to meet sprint deadlines and create a design style guide for engineers to implement to the GoGo mobile applications for design revamp. Work with the B.A., engineers, and stakeholders to create a C.R.M. (Customer-Relationship Management) application for the agent relations team to use to better coordinate tasks and manage customers.

Translate concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences. Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces. Maintain UI consistency and create realistic prototypes for user testing to help communicate with clinical, business and engineering teams. Improve, evolve, and test interaction design. Work with engineers to build out framework and style library.

Create modules, wireframes, and mockups in responsive and desktop for engineers, project managers and stakeholders to improve usability for customers. Work with the UAT team to gain user feedback, and design then deliver all web deliverables to engineers. Collaborate with engineers, stakeholders, project managers and copywriters from early conception to implementation.

Redesign UI and UX of previous website with a strong focus on usability. Create sketches, wireframes, and mockups to communicate user flow and interactions to developers for responsive and desktop. Design and deliver all assets to developers for web implementation. Design various marketing collateral such as seasonal look books, email blasts, booklets, postcards, and brochures. Photograph apparel and accessories in-house to be used in marketing collateral. Retouch photos and collaborate with vendors for large scale printing.
