• Oversees the day-to-day operations of the athletic/activities practices, games, and competition facilities/events both indoor and outdoor• Ensuring compliance with all local and state regulations in additional to safety, environmental, and health standards• Responding to emergency situations or other urgent issues involving the facility• Responsible for supervising building projects, refurbishments, and renovations on a daily basis• Partners with teams to manage athletic/activities software• Communicating with co-workers coordinating maintenance for the athletic/activity buildings and grounds at all locations including turf maintenance, building and fence maintenance, scoreboards, field/gymnasium, and performance facilities• Assists in the management of game day/event operations ensuring that facilities are set up and ready for all events and practices • Serves as the first point of contact for the athletic facilities

• As a Director of Baseball Operations; management of “PBD Assets” and day-to-day operations, provide insight and support of the “PBD” coaching staff• Responsible for Home-Game Staff; PA announcing, scoring and field preparations• Supported the “PBD” Executive Management in the hiring of “PBD” coaches and recruiting eligible collegiate baseball players• Knowledgeable of all rules of the SFCBL and NCAA• Maintained a professional appearance and conducted myself under the guidelines of the SFCBL and NCAA Collegiate Baseball Rules and Regulations when representing the “PBD” both on and off the baseball field, and any events that are related to the “PBD” Organization• Responsible for the management of all team equipment and all events related to the “PBD” Organization. This includes collecting Team Jerseys and Team Assets• Attended all required SFCBL Meetings when directed by Executive Management• Responsible for scheduling regular season “PBD” games, all canceled games and continued games• Attended all games, practices and events required by the “PBD” as scheduled, unless prior written permission was granted by the “PBD” Executive Management• In the event that a Player or any other member of the “PBD” Organization under my supervision requires disciplinary action, I would report the incident to the “PBD” Executive Management for review
