With a background in communications and a sharp focus on customer experience, my role as a Product Manager is to ensure that every product not only meets market needs but also exceeds customer expectations. This attention to detial and forethought has historically led me to opportunities to demonstrate products and discuss customer needs in-person at various conventions and on-site. I'm highly motivated to grow my career through understanding new management techniques and strategies.
