As an Analytics Manager at Magnus, I lead the development and delivery of AnalyzR, a data reporting software that leverages R's data visualization packages to provide insights and solutions for users of the site. I have been working at BaseballCloud for over three years, starting as a Research and Development Intern and then growing into a managerial role.My passion for baseball and statistics drives me to apply machine learning techniques, such as K-means clustering, to various data analysis projects that enhance the performance and experience of players, coaches, and scouts. I also collaborate with our clients to understand their needs and design new ways to visualize and intake data. In addition, I mentor and supervise our analytics team, ensuring quality and efficiency in our work. I am also in the process of obtaining a Master's degree in Applied Statistics from Penn State University.
