The Dean’s Research Scholars are a group of outstanding undergraduate students at Michigan State University who represent the nearly 5,000 hard-working science and mathematics majors in the College of Natural Science.

Our current research focuses on identifying biomarkers of fatty acids in blood plasma and serum of 2-6-year-old Ghanaian children and how these biomarkers translate into growth and brain development of these children.
