OYL Sentra Manufacturing (Indonesia)I'm responsible as below :-• To be responsible for the capacity, productivity and quality of the production line• To ensure all improvements plan to be fulfilled• Performing audit to the manufacturing process to ensure the processes and facilities are run as per plan• To work closely with Production, QC and Maintenance to ensure the facilities installed is optimize• Assist to develop technical customer support strategy for local and foreign markets• Plan and carry out technical support to customers• Highlight of technical issues faced during customer support visits to Customer Quality Assurance and Research & Development Department• Lead a team of technical staff in performing day to day technical support activities• Liaise with other OYL sections (Customer Quality Assurance, Production and Research & Development) for efficient, effective and responsible technical support
