Larger projects include: leading a cross-team group to ensure all 50k+ of our Windows servers were patched within 30 days of Microsoft release via process and automation improvements, managing Microsoft support relationships, and deploying a new licensing strategy with the transition to Server 2019. I worked on the Anesthesia application and directly supported multiple customers. I worked with multiple customers to help them improve their usage of the Epic software while also digging into the code to determine fixes to any issues they may encounter. I would regularly work with both analysts and clinicians to better understand their needs of the software and help them use it in a way that worked best for them. Larger projects include: leading a team-wide effort to improve our issue resolution which resulted in in our team consistently being one of the top performers, managing staffing for Anesthesia TS across customers, and identifying opportunities to improve outcomes with PSH.

I researched current Gas-to-Liquid technology and applied Microfibrous Entrapped Catalyst (MFEC) structures to processes such as single-step dimethyl ether synthesis. The MFEC had improved conversion, selectivity, and heat transfer when compared to a packed bed. The MFECs and packed beds were simulated using ANSYS and COMSOL to discern micron-sized flow characteristics that contributed to the improved heat transfer of the MFEC support structure.
