Real Estate Title and Escrow was founded in conjunction with The Strata Group to provide legal and settlement services to our clients.

As the Chief Executive Officer of The Strata Group, I helped with the launch in 2007 as a full- service Real Estate Company. Our company consisted of 200 experienced realtors, 15 attorneys, 10 loan officers and numerous marketing, title, and finance professionals. Our goal was to create an unprecedented client experience. The Strata Group included nine real estate offices and six real estate law & title locations in Central Maryland and Delaware. Each business partner of The Strata Group often gave of their time and talents to many local non-profit organizations throughout the community.

As the Chief Executive Officer from 2003-2005, I managed 350 employees across a 35-office, multi-state operation. Leading up to that, I was the Regional Manager of the Maryland Division.

In addition to being President, I also served as a General Partner of Fidelity Merit Title Company from 1992-1994. I started my career in the title industry managing from 3 – 75 people during the ten-year period.
