No Limits Marketing Group (NLMG) was founded to help small businesses survive and compete during the COVID-19 pandemic. It uses a combination of modern marketing techniques coupled with a non-lethal targeting framework learned while serving in the military to provide clients with winning strategies.

Motorsports startup that specializes in regional level events. In charge of logistics, social media marketing, and acquiring new sponsorship proposals.-Successfully ran a social media campaign that grew 50,000 followers in a period of 6 months with a 92% retention rate.-Created original content that receives high recognition ratings from target audiences.-Worked consistently in Google AdWords campaigns and other PPC Marketing tools.

Responsible for supporting overseas contingency operations, overseas deployments for training in worldwide theater operations, combat training center rotations, and battalion ­level airborne operations; supports civil/­military operations including humanitarian assistance, foreign nation support and support to civil administration; trains team members in tactical skills; assists in preparation and load-out of equipment for missions and conducts pre-­mission inspections; gathering information and atmospherics of operational area; participates in analysis, planning and production of civil affairs estimates, reports, orders and briefings.

Primary Duties include management, training, and administrative actions for over 20+ personnel. On multiple occasions, filled in for positions two grades above during meetings with higher command. Served as the unit Environmental Compliance Officer and corrected multiple deficiencies within the unit while saving money by utilizing little known resources that recycled expensive equipment from deploying and deployed units to units in need of such equipment to be in compliance.
