William Younan is currently the Director of Leasing & Operations at Younan Company, a private equity firm with Class A and B buildings all across the United States. Younan Company also owns and manages hotels, vineyards, golf courses, a premium cigar company, and a digital marketing company all located throughout Europe. It is William's job to oversee the leasing, construction, and overall operations of the office buildings in the United States for the company's subsidiary, Younan Properties. William also works for the company's European subsidiary in France, La Grande Maison Younan Collection. As an International Project Manager, he is responsible for managing the restoration and transformation of historic castles into luxury hotels and also working with the Saint Emilion vineyards in Bordeaux. While working with the vineyards, his main job is to help rebrand the image of the vineyards and showcase the change in quality since LGMYC took over.
