In 2014, my last year in college, I Founded the company which is a high-end admissions consulting agency specializing in editing admissions essays and personal documents. In such a competitive market, I designed a core business model by defining "Free Application Guidance & Top-Notch Essay Service" which made the firm stand out quickly from all similar agencies.During the past five years, the firm recruited 12 consultants located in three continents, 40 editors from eight countries, and has helped over 2700 clients all over the world. I myself have been responsible for nearly all business modules in different stages.In 2014, I Launched the first-generation products myself with a 14-day pilot period, realized break-even after operating for 70 days. Since then, I began leading the annual product upgrade program each year, setting up product experts' group with five leading editors from the UK, US, Canada and Philippines. And I extended the service scope to student background enhancement and corporate business in 2018 and 2019, respectively.In terms of marketing & sales, I led the marketing campaign of "customer lifecycle-based promotion" in 2018 and realized an increase of over 40% in off-peak season sales which is not strong before then. In 2019, faced with more challenges from the market, I designed a unique sales approach based on social networking word-of-mouth communication, attracted more than 1600 potential clients from August to November.

In June 2020, joined the company (a top-5 compound condiment enterprise in China) as the strategy analyst; carried out three industry-oriented research projects, wrote the 100,000-word official white paper on comprehensive development of the company, conducted various field surveys for more than 300 hours.In April 2021, position changing to IPO financing specialist; participated in the company's introduction of strategic investors during the Pre-IPO stage, took part in financing strategy planning, built the database of targeted financial institutions, drafted official roadshow materials, completed five roadshows & negotiations before finally reaching agreement with a top-3 private equity institution in China.

During the two-year management consultant career, I took part in 8 projects across Auto, Healthcare, Financial Service, Logistics, Retail industry, which is not common among junior staff in this industry. And I end up getting top rated (1 out of a 1-5 scale, top 5%) during the annual performance review.With excellent deep thinking ability and tireless endeavor, I became an all-round player in different level of corporate development modules, from strategic planning, digitalization, to operation excellence and digitalization. I have conducted strategy replay & planning, industry landscape analysis, benchmark study, market entry analysis, roadmap design, valuation, and business data analysis for different clients.In terms of deliverables, I made interview plan, took expert interview minutes, assembled accumulated around 800 pages master deck of different project presentations. In 2019, I was even chosen to be the PowerPoint visualization trainer to all titles' staff as a young professional with only 2 years of experiences.

To improve my exposure and understanding of the economics and business world, I got an internship here. During the three-month period, I visualized and analyzed data referenced by the National Foreign Reserve Office Papers from 2010 to 2013. I also participated in 2 research projects in macroeconomy and exchange rate policy by conducting 3 interviews and organizing events for invited specialists including some big names in this field.

Invited by a senior specialist whom I met in a reading session and then became a good friend, I participated in Sotheby's 2013 spring auction in China. As a special auction assistant, I led a team of 40 people from 6 countries to arrange clients, respond to requests and to assist in the auction procedures. It is fairly hard to a 20-year-old to conduct but I managed to make it smooth. Besides, I presented auction rules & import tax regulations and handled post-auction financial reporting for Sotheby's London/Hong Kong/Beijing teams and had a great time co-operating with all people with different nationalities and backgrounds.

As the Most Valuable Individual of Financial Elite Case Competition, I got this bonus internship which got me into the real world. I then became a member of the 2013 Future Team Leader Project after the internship started. I led the group to stand out among all four groups from case study competition, finished a 60-page report on helping global commercial banks growing in the Chinese market.
