• Achieved project completion of the network service requests program (hardware replace, add new devices, new sites, decommission, infrastructure changes at Mastercard Interface Processor (MIP) and Meet Me point at datacenter and customer facilities by:• Coordinating resources for network infrastructure implementation, Hardware, Calendar schedule with supporting teams, field technicians, end customer team, pickup and disposal for removed hardware.• Maintained reliable data project information by updating site details and technical diagrams.• Reached hight level of succesfull change window technical implementation by preparing outstanding implementation plans and being escalation point for driving the changes and troubleshooting, leading to high level of safety and security during operation and production.• Managed with exelence the customers technical team contacts related to the project keeping customer satisfaction and avoiding anykind of escalations. Achiveing the mark of more than 340 change windows succeded.• Managed network activities with vendor, technical staff, customer and project stakeholders in Latin America and North America Sites and reporting to high level project managers and directors.
