Deciding to assist a greater number of people in turning their ideas into real products, I founded Techstein. It is a software house focused on the development of customized products, always prioritizing the customer experience and tailoring each project to its specific context.Currently, I am responsible for the technical definition of projects, including architecture, technologies, team sizing, budget control, and negotiation. Additionally, I provide technical and management consulting throughout the product development process to our partners.Furthermore, I oversee the development of the company's platform, utilizing technologies such as React.js, Typescript, Next.js, Python, Django and AWS.

- Participated alongside senior management in the restructuring of the technology team, structuring the use of agile methodologies, directing the use of good development practices, implementing agile metrics, participating in the organization of the backlog to ensure a clear and prioritized view of the team's objectives, and improving the observability of the production environment.- I was responsible for the infrastructure migration and pipeline automation of production products, ensuring continuous integration and delivery. I utilized services such as AWS Codepipeline, ECS, RDS, S3, Cloud Front, and Github Actions to remove manual steps from the process, ensure greater stability and security in the update delivery process, and reduce infrastructure costs by 10%.- Led the development team on a daily basis during the maintenance of production products. I utilized technologies such as React.js, NX, Next.js, Typescript, Angular, Python, Django, and AWS.- Led the product and development team during the innovation project, responsible for the inclusion of generative AIs in the company's products, maintaining competitiveness in the sector and the product's adherence to new market demands.- Led the front-end chapter, instructing and guiding the development team during the adoption of new technologies and best practices, aiming for more modern, performant, and user-friendly interfaces.- Led the implementation of automated tests using BDD, Cucumber, and Cypress, aiming to improve delivery quality and reduce implementation errors.

- Led a team of 8 developers during the development of one of the system’s modules, removing blockers and organizing the team’s tasks to ensure delivery on time and with high-quality standards.- Provided technical orientation to the product, design, and development team, ensuring the construction of optimized, secure, and user-friendly features, enhancing the assertiveness of implementations, and value delivery.- Directed the technical evolution of the frontend code base through code reviews and pair programming, applying good development practices, and ensuring the scalability of the technical quality of the team of 4 junior developers.- Conducted alignments with clients and stakeholders in order to negotiate deadlines, budget, and scope, ensuring the implementation of the product in at least 5 city halls.- Monitored the cloud environment used by the application on AWS and GCP in order to ensure cost forecasting and application availability.- Carried out the migration of the company’s DNS servers to Route 53, ensuring cost centralization in a single provider, and reducing technology operation costs by 5%.- I was responsible for rewriting an application using React, and Next.js and creating an automated delivery pipeline using Docker, Github Actions, AWS Code pipeline, AWS ELB, AWS ECS, and Fargate in order to ensure availability and standardization to quality standards.- Conducted data surveys using SQL on the platform usage generating follow-up reports for senior management used for strategic insights and vision of product adherence in the market.
