SERVICES OFFEREDThe following services are offered:1. Full survey of physical conditions and legally required documentation.2. Ensuring that environmental stress factor requirements are met.3. Providing and ensuring that all legally required appointments are up to date.4. Providing and ensuring that all registers required in terms of the OHSACT, are up to date and correct.5. Practical training of Safety requirements.6. Conducting in house induction training for all employees, this would include the following principles:a. Duties of the employer.b. Duties of the employee.c. Function of the Safety, Health and Environmental Representatives.d. Function of the Safety, Health and Environmental Committees.e. Basic outline of the OHSACT.f. The meaning of symbolic safety signs and colour coding.7. Principles of accident prevention.8. Establishing company safety standards.9. Drawing up of WSWP so that the employer complies with section 8 of the OHSACT as well as section 13 of the OHSACT.10. Assist if required in accident investigation. COID case management systems.11. Ensuring that COID Act, Act 130 documentation is correct.12. Drawing up of statistics.13. Drawing up of required check lists.14. Ensuring that all emergency equipment meets legal and insurance requirements e.g.a. First-Aid equipment.b. Fire equipment.15. Assisting with the identification of all personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements as well as signage required in terms of the OHSACT.16. Conducting risk assessments in terms of company risks.17. Assisting with Management audits.18. Conducting the following safety training courses:a. General Health and Safety training.b. Safety Representative training.c. Accident Investigation training.d. OHSACT training.e. Induction training.
