Elected as Treasurer, Homeowners Association Board of Directors, serving a community of 1400 homeowners. Enforces community guidelines and governing documents on behalf of the Homeowners Association. Serves as Finance Committee Liaison ensuring compliance of bylaws and budget. Participates in Executive and General session meetings focused on community affairs and improvements.

Responsible for overseeing all daily functions of the company to include marketing, sales, and fulfillment. Work closely with the Chief Executive Officer on the vetting of potential vendors. Develop and implement strategies, procedures, and business plans to enhance the company's growth. In charge of Profit and Loss (P&L) statements and budgeting.

Directly responsible for 7 day-shift employees, 10 night-shift employees, 1 Manager and 3 Supervisors in a 150K square foot facility. Manages the shipping and receiving of $45M worth of inventory consisting of 10K items. Successfully re-slotted warehouse pick locations resulting in 5% increase of pieces picked per hour. Identified aged inventory and plan of action for disposal/return authorization. Developed a plan of tracking labor cost to sales resulting in 5% reduction in labor.

Directly responsible for 46 day-shift employees and 1 Supervisor. Works directly with Sales Manager, Purchasing, Manager and Inventory Control in maintaining proper inventory levels. Managed the shipping, receiving, storage and inventory of more than 15k items. Supervised the pick/pack/receiving of goods utilizing pick to light as well as RF and paper tickets. Ensure AIB and OSHA standards are met by consistently received scores of 920 or above out of possible 950. Reduced equipment maintenance costs by $8,000 quarterly by successfully converting to comparable vendors while streamlining preventive maintenance schedules.

Mentored Company sized unit of approximately 250 Enlisted Marines. Responsible for all training and education of Enlisted Marines. Ensured personnel accountability within the Company. Monitor, promote and conduct appropriate Professional Military Education as appropriate for enlisted ranks in an effort to enhance professional and personal development. Advised Company Commander on all enlisted matters, providing insight and sound recommendations for increasing morale and reinforcing good order and discipline of the unit.
