I have 4 years of customer service experience with Bed Bath and Beyond. Within my 4 years there was a cashier for 9 months, then was promoted to inventory control where I was trained to process damaged merchandise. I also was trained in RTVs which I would process damaged merchandise and would have to return the items to their vendors. About a year afterward, I was promoted to shipping and receiving where I would take in shipment, process and receive, as well as stock the merchandise. I'm current doing health education for Planned Parenthood. I would chat with online and provide general health information, and where their nearest health center would be located.
