 Approved changes to all Standard Operating Conditions. Determined company’s process capabilities to consistently run to target and meet customer’s product requirements. Acted as plant leader for production of all samples, including validation preparation. Acted as plant leader for qualification of new or replacement raw materials. Audited the SOP Process Engineering section annually. Assisted Operations management in root cause identification and removal for quality and operational issues.

 Started Doctor “Rewind” Program for Nashville Clopay Plastics Company.  Daily operation of the plant. Ensured quality and service standards are met and exceeded through statistical methods, follow-up and proper training. Worked closely with Production Scheduling to implement efficient production schedules. Communicated and enforced plant policies. Reviewed and communicated plant production numbers daily. Held daily production meetings with Team Leaders/Lead Operators. Conducted and reviewed safety audits. Special projects (ERP, ISO, GMP, DuPont Safety Program, Kepner Tregoe Consultant, 5S Facilitator, Facility Projects).
