My name is Willie Kirts, I from graduated from LSU in May of 2021 with degree in Architecture, accredited by NAAB. During my time as a student, I've had the opportunity to work on design projects on a variety of scales ranging from architectural details to urban design-planning. Those five years at LSU have helped me to gain professional skills, such as 3D modeling, graphic design, and rendering. Since the design field is always evolving, I find myself interested in the cutting-edge technology that is constantly being developed. I’ve always been intrigued by the different architectural styles of the world, so I decided to minor in architectural history. In studio, I've had the opportunity to travel to many cities across the country. My travels have exposed me to a multitude of different architectural styles, which serve as inspiration for my own work. After graduating I worked in firm that help me develop my professional skills when it comes to oral and visual communication and construction administration. My experience in the work space has helped me with the more practical facets of design and construction, also with the more collaborative aspects of architecture.
