I am a developing school leader and soon to be Assistant Principal that is currently on track to Graduate with my M.Ed in Secondary Administration from Charleston Southern University in May of 2021. I have been in education for 4 years with copious amounts of experience in instructional leadership, restorative justice, Peer-Learning Communities (PLCs), and technology integration. I also have experience with developing school budgets, Title I meetings and planning, and textbook distribution/check-in. I am also proficient with Microsoft and Google Suite applications. I have come from a very racially and socio-economically diverse school, so I have experience in dealing with students and parents of various backgrounds and ideologies for education, and I have found success with navigating all of those various backgrounds and ideologies. I aim to use my gifts and experience to become a role model and positive agent of change for every single student that crosses my path rather as a teacher or an administrator.
