Master Trainers include some of the best high school football coaches in the nation as well as former NFL and college players. They are trained to create a new standard in football by preparing Player Safety Coaches to implement the Heads Up Football® program within their organizations. Instruction includes USA Football's Heads Up Tackling and Blocking techniques, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention concussion recognition and response protocols, heat and hydration preparedness, sudden cardiac arrest recognition and response, and proper helmet and shoulder pad fitting.

ESPN's 2014 Draft Academy chronicled the path of 5 NFL hopefuls as they prepared for the NFL Draft. One player, Lindenwood University's Pierre Desir, chose to train in Dallas under the tutelage of former NFL Defensive Back, Willie Pile. After weeks of training & preparation, Pierre performed well in two All Star games, the National Combine & was eventually chosen in the 4th round of the 2014 NFL Draft by the Cleveland Browns.

Responsible for preparing & teaching practice drills to advance the skill level of the Lions Defensive Backs. Installed defensive schemes. Actively participated in staff meetings to design overall practice plan & evaluate personnel based on practice performance.
