In 2011 I signed service level agreements with all major financial institutions in Namibia (Standard Bank Namibia, First National Bank Namibia, Bank Windhoek and Nedbank Namibia) and since has been their preferred valuations expert for the Northeastern regions of Namibia. I have been responsible for the last 9 years for all commercial, industrial, agricultural, and residential valuations, I am also responsible for all building loan projects progress inspections, ensuring all security and quality control of material and workmanship were met. These services are delivered within strict turnaround time agreementsTo my private clientele I deliver fast yet professional valuations with areas including Real estate and plant. I have had a crucial part in 11 large scale residential developments in pre-determining value, profitability, and feasibility. These developments are total in access 2400 houses over the past 6 years and still underdevelopment.In 2022 I received the opportunity to expand my current business portfolio in acquiring the lease of a newly constructed fuel station with a retail shop and commercial truck port.Over the past 11 months we have build the business into the leading fuel station in the area.

Standard Bank Namibia offered me a position as their regional valuer for the northern regions of Namibia. I was responsible for all commercial, industrial, agricultural, and residential valuations, I were also responsible for all building loan projects progress inspections, ensuring all security and quality control of material and workmanship were met. My operational duties cover the whole of the northern Namibia with the enthesis on great customer service toward Standards Bank Namibia’s client base whilst maintaining a healthy security or exposure.

After a brief time in the debtor department, I receive the opportunity to transfer to the valuations department where I trained as an inhouse valuator for Bank Windhoek and were responsible for residential valuations and building loan projects progress inspections. These valuations served as the basis for exposure calculations and approval of bonded loans. The building loan progress inspection reports served to ensure the quality and completion of properties under construct financed by bonded loans.In 2002 I was nominated and enrolled into the banks accelerated career development program for fast tracking my career for future management position and served as an elected mender by the banks staff on the consultative employee form (CEF) that were responsible for the monitoring and implementation of affirmative action in the bank
