Issued and evaluated Request for Proposals for training and equippment and facility lease agreements. Negotiation, implementation and evaluation of educational training contracts. Researched proposed employment and labor legislation and provided interpretation of potential effects of legislation on programs to mayors, governors and Congress. Served as agency EEO Officer.
