Working at a Japanese owned company, I'm multi-faceted in my position:-I'm primarily responsible for newly awarded programs-I Review PPAP's for multiple programs-I'm the Point of contact for customers queries. -I'm support person for the implementation and conclusions of activities during the projects -I generate and improve documents (work instructions, inspection standards, control plans, etc)-I Perform investigations on warranty, customer returns or internal defects.-I stop outflow of defects and do my best to prevent them.-I meet customer demands (whether they be internal or external) -Lots of negotiations and relationship building with (old & new) suppliers and customers.-I work with suppliers to improve their quality and level up parts. -I work with Mechanical engineers to improve processes and place countermeasures in place to protect our customers and improve quality.A few sayings I've learned:Be a joy to be aroundShow up on time ready to workLeaders don't always lead from the front
