Contributed my knowledge about online ticketing with the leader in ticket processing – TicketPrinting.com. Developed new features into an existing application working to enhance the customer experience and produce a product that is better than the competition.

Transitioned into a lead development role for the largest release to date for the company. Responsibilities during this period included initial scope of technology, stack ranking of features, product prototyping, team building, product design and implementation, development coordination, and product delivery to QA. Contributed significant development effort often taking on additional tasks and responsibilities. Technical contribution consisted of generating C# .NET user interface code. Other responsibilities during this time included managing/mentoring a team of 6 developers focused on the Service aspect of the RightNow CRM version 8 product offering. Development manager of the flagship product (RightNow Service) during the most volatile, crucial time for a young company in an emerging on-demand industry. Responsible for leading the Product Management Team, managing the Product Direction Board, presenting at user conferences and roundtables. In this time, the company grew from 45 employees to over 500 as well as transitioned from a private to a public (RNOW) company. Reporting directly to the VP of Product Development, handled the day to day activities of the development team growing the team from 8 software developers to over 50+ employees. Responsible for prioritizing major feature development, allocating resources, matching schedules to timelines and milestones to product delivery.

Led game development for a large full-service casino gaming company. Implemented many new innovative ideas to the current product line. Coordinated with Director of New Products, graphics, audio and math/analysis leads while reporting to the Game Design Manager. Provided input regarding new game design and product management. Aside from directly developing, was responsible for recruiting, training, reviewing and supervising new gaming concepts and products. Helped implement software engineering practices by insisting on proper documentation and synergy between all product development departments.
