Production Engineer
CurrentProduction Engineer• Plan and execute the production and assembly of the various types of GATOR wearable. • Design and implement production processes, procedures, and workflows to optimize efficiency and productivity. • Identify areas of improvement in the production processes and develop solutions to address them. • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations. • Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective action in a timely manner. • Ensure compliance with the company’s quality standards and regulatory requirements. • Develop and maintain documentation of standard operating procedures, work instructions and production reports. • Conduct servicing and maintenance activities for the company’s fleet of devices. • Provide training and guidance to staff to ensure adherence to best practices and safety protocols • Participate in ad hoc project assignments as required.
