The search for optimum ways to attract, develop and utilize organizational talent, as well as the implementation of diversity initiatives are challenges I enjoy. In various recruitment leadership roles at some of the leading educational campuses in the US, developing a range of organizational processes on talent recruitment and selection, orientation, performance management and diversity aligned with college goals. During my time as Associate Director of Diversity Initiatives at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, I designed and instituted enrollment forecast decision model which resulted in largest underrepresented minority population in full-time MBA class while staying within $3M scholarship budget. I also implemented strategic recruitment initiatives in Nigeria, Ghana, and South Africa that increased African student size 250% and inspired creation of “Business in Africa” organization.I am excited to pursue a new phase in my career, and would love to join a technology-driven organization to work collaboratively with business unit leaders on strategic initiatives, workforce planning and talent development.
