Planned and coordinated MC system fieldings across FORSCOM, assess readiness impacts of planned fieldings and develop action plans to synchronize fieldings with operational requirements. Additionally, responsible for developing, coordinating and managing execution orders, information papers, memorandums and briefings as required for MC efforts through multiple forums.

Readiness Analyst in the Unit Equipping and Readiness Division in the Headquarters, Department of the Army G-8. Responsible for performing analysis in support of Army equipment on hand (EOH) readiness and the EOH Readiness Campaign Plan by creating a deliberate effort to improve unit readiness levels by analyzing unit status reports. Developed and briefed Army G-8 leadership on feasible solutions and courses of action to resolve equipping readiness issues.

Planned, programmed and budgeted programs in accordance with senior leader guidance. Monitored the status of contracts during budget execution years and conducted new equipment accounting.
